My Experience Deal with Photobook

Back in December last year, I bought a photobook deal from Groupon offered by Photobook Malaysia. And it was free. I did not have to pay anything. ZERO! The only cost I have to bear was the postage. Overall, I will say IT'S AWESOME.

Since it was due in last May, I only had chance to do the design one month before its expiry date. The first thing that I have to do was to convert the voucher to get the unique codes from Photobook Malaysia. It was done by sending the groupon voucher to PHOTOBOOK to get the voucher codes.

Once I got the voucher codes, I have to download the photobook's software to start designing my photobook. Since it was free, there is no free template available for this type of photobook. I have to design it all by myself. This was the most challenging part. It is 40 pages photobook!

I have to Create New Project for the first time, renamed it and saved it. Just click Open an Existing Project to continue designing whenever I want. There are few choices of page styles, masks, backgrounds, frames, and scrapbooks that I can choose. And it was easy! Just clicked, dragged and saved. DONE!

How the software looks like

After completing my photobook project, I have to continue to place the order through the system available in the software with the given voucher codes. I have to pay RM8 for the postage. The crucial part was to upload the project into their online system. It took almost one hour to complete the upload process.

I have settled everything in the morning before I went to work. In the afternoon, I received notification from Photobook Malaysia saying that they already couriered my photobook using GDEX. Wow! So fast.

Overall, I am a happy customer. The printing quality is good. I am satisfied with their good job. Of course, I will be one of their return customer. Guess what? I bought another three vouchers but this time it costed me RM9 each.
